One of the biggest challenges is educating people about their impact on the environment (yes, your carbon footprint!) and what they can do to reduce carbon emission both at home and work. This emanates from the fact in 1997 HP became the first PC manufacturer to operate its own recycling facility and in 2007 saw it reach its goal of 1 billion pounds (roughly around 453592370 kg’s).
